Service Manager

Job Summary


Service Manager will be based out of Denver, CO location, reporting to the Branch Manager. 



Here's what your days will look like as a Service Manager:

  • Communication with existing customers and the ability to grow new business
  • Manage a team of 4 office staff, 12 field people, and yours to grow!
  • Review and update the production schedule and any safety audits
  • Work closely with the Superintendent on workload, sales, and schedule


Completion and/or review of the following for new roofs or roof repairs:

  • Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
  • Roof Reports which may include photos and quotes
  • Manage workflow of invoicing and Accounts Receivable
  • Utilize our custom service app to monitor workflow and process
  • Oversee financials and budgets
  • Work with team on decisions of when to add staff, trucks, and equipment

Desired Qualifications


Here's what you will bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in a supervisory or management role construction/sales/facility management environment
  • Knowledge of the Roofing Industry and construction techniques is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
  • Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
