Job Summary

The position of Project Coordinator is a skilled role, in which the Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager.

Desired Qualifications

 

  • 3 + years' of experience working in a Construction environment
  • Knowledge of Commercial Building Envelope
  • Experience working with architectural panels and other rain screen products preferred
  • Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and work in a team environment
  • Previous experience working in a Construction environment an asset
