Account Manager - Fredericton


Building Relationships with Clients:

  • Generate leads for new business through various methods of communications
  • Identify potential new clients and develop relationship with key decision makers
  • Frequent communication with new and existing customers to ensure full quality and satisfaction
  • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
  • Ability to conduct presentations or demonstrations remotely
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events


Building relationships within Flynn:

  • Work closely with local Service departments as well as the national business development management and team and ensure they are informed of business activity and issues
  •  Extensive travel within Atlantic Canada to meet with branches and/or clients
  • Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels

Desired Qualifications

  • Related previous sales experience required
  • Verbal and written communication in French considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships
  • Well-developed sales/presentation skills in power point 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be self-directed
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work in a fast paced and sales driven environment
  • Willingness to learn entire scope of business including product knowledge, building envelope design, service, and budgeting to offer full-service packages to current and potential clients.
