Branch Administrator/ Office Administrative Assistant Position Profile:

This position will be based out of our Seattle location. As the Branch Administrator, you will serve as the point of contact and administer all corporate support functions necessary for day-to-day operations as a branch.


  • Timely response to administrative requests
  • Welcome and greet visitors and employees as they enter the office
  • Become the resident expert of Flynn systems and corporate support services
  • Handle daily ingoing and outgoing mail/shipping
  • Order, stock and organize office materials and supplies
  • New vendor set-ups
  • Coordinate travel and lodging accommodations for employees as needed
  • Other projects and assignments as required
