Crane Operator, NCCCO $25-$28/hr

Job Summary

Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking an NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Spokane, WA. If you are a knowledgeable, skilled, team oriented and safety focused individual, then we invite you to apply! Regular travel in the Northwest will be required. 

Primary Responsibilities:

•Interprets drawings, diagrams and writing pertaining to the safe and effective operations of equipment covered
•Makes effective use of technical manuals to derive procedures and interpret operating limitation of equipment and machinery
•Follows directions and procedures and interprets guidelines, graphs, charts, and diagrams to perform maintenance and other routine tasks
•Responsible for providing the routine maintenance on the crane, as well as scheduling the proper inspections to keep it up to date with state and federal requirements
•Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis
•Repair crane as needed
•Operate crane under general supervision
•Complete service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork
•Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities
•Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks
•Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads
•Be able to plan and provide necessary hoisting plans
•Interprets and responds to international signals given by riggers when load and landing are visible or obstructed
•Operate crane according to signals from helper
•Follow directions carefully
•Operator has the ability to work, take direction, and communicate within the craft as well as cooperate with other crafts to meet production goals in a positive work environment
•Identifies and resolves problems and works toward the success of assigned projects

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

•Certified to operate a National Crane: NBT30H-2-110

•Able to operate this crane in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon

•CDL Required
