- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ commercial flat roofing experience (single ply and/or four ply, SBS Mod-bit, EPDM or TPO roofing systems)
- Ability to install, repair, or replace commercial roofing systems
- Valid Drivers License
ARCHITECTURAL CLADDERS (METAL ROOFERS/FITTERS)
- Minimum four years’ commercial sheet metal/cladding/metal roofing experience
- Ability to install Architectural Sheet Metal applications, including Steel Roofing and Wall finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall panels and Custom Zinc or Copper applications
- Valid Drivers License
GLAZIERS (UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL INSTALLERS)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ of commercial glazing experience
- Ability to layout and install Unitized Curtain Wall
- Ability to install, fit, fabricate, and attach all architectural finishing scopes, structural glazing, skylight systems, glass guardrail systems and storefronts
- Valid Drivers License

1. The applicant will submit their resume/cv to immigration@flynncompanies.com
2. The applicant will do research & talk to their family about moving to Canada
3. Our recruitment team will contact the candidate to set up a pre-screen interview over the phone
4. The applicant will be requested to provide: pictures of their job site.
5. If the applicant’s photos are to the satisfaction of the hiring manager, the candidate will receive an email requesting a copy of their Drivers Licence & UK Police Certificate
6. The candidate will be contacted to schedule a Video Call between the themselves & Immigration Team
7. The candidate will be required to provide written references from previous employers
8. The candidate will be contacted to schedule a Video Interview with the hiring manager & the candidate
9. If the candidate is successful, an immigration interview between immigration team and entire family will be set up (ETAs will be applied for during the meeting)
10. Successful candidates will receive an offer letter and be requested to complete the physical assessment.
11. One the candidate accepts the job offer, Flynn will complete your work permit application.
12. Once the work permit is approved, the candidate can enter Canada.
