Service Office Administrator
Job Summary
The Service Office Administrator role will be a supportive role to the Service Team and be located in the Denver, CO office
Responsibilities
- Prepare work orders, quotes etc.
- Ensure change orders are properly documented and accounted for
- High volume file management: ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
- Providing Foreman and Crews with job information and requirements
- Timecard collection and review
- Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, checks, etc.
- Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information
- Work closely with Superintendents
- Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls
- Invoicing Customers for completed work
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role. Construction environment preferred
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
- Attention to detail
- Effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Form and maintain customer relationships, in person and over the phone
- Multitask, organize with the ability to prioritize, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
- Reliable
- Analyze problems and have problem solving skills
- Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
- Display strong knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office)
