Service Office Administrator

Job Summary

The Service Office Administrator role will be a supportive role to the Service Team and be located in the Denver, CO office

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work orders, quotes etc.
  • Ensure change orders are properly documented and accounted for
  • High volume file management: ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
  • Providing Foreman and Crews with job information and requirements
  • Timecard collection and review
  • Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, checks, etc.
  • Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information
  • Work closely with Superintendents
  • Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls
  • Invoicing Customers for completed work

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role. Construction environment preferred  
  • Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Form and maintain customer relationships, in person and over the phone
  • Multitask, organize with the ability to prioritize, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Reliable
  • Analyze problems and have problem solving skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team-based environment
  • Display strong knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office)
